What a year 2020 has been, and little did we know at the start we would been living through a global pandemic that would change everybody’s daily lives and activities we lead. It’s been a challenging time for everyone and I am sure, like us, you have reviewed your own businesses and addressed any procedures and administration processes that you currently do, to try to stream line these tasks.
As you know, Silk Group are based in Greater Manchester in the Northwest of England and we have our Head Office and sister business, The Purple Company, who are based in Exeter in the South West of the UK. From today, 1st January 2021, we are going to bring our businesses closer together and The Purple Company will be controlling all the administration, financial accounts, and invoices for Silk Group.
This means moving forward we can offer more dynamic services to our clients. We are currently investing in some new technology which will offer huge benefits to you, our valued customer. This will all be communicated to you in the early stages of this year.
In the meantime, when your orders are processed you will begin to receive communication streams from team members of The Purple Company, along with your key contacts that you are used to at Silk Group.
We are striving towards making 2021 a new, exciting year that we all need and are looking forward to. We will keep you up to date with the new services we have in development and be rest assured if we have a ground breaking new product you should be aware of, you will be the first to know about it.
